We intentionally limit the number of properties we manage so standards can be enforced consistently, without compromise or exception.

• Guest selection, use, and conduct

• Maintenance execution and vendor accountability

• Communication cadence and reporting discipline 

 

We do not lower standards to increase occupancy. 

We do not scale at the expense of control. 

We do not accept properties that fall outside our criteria.
