This Privacy Policy explains how Luxury Peaks ("we", "us") handles data in connection with the LP Accounting Bot, an internal tool we use to keep our own company's books. The bot is used only by Luxury Peaks and its bookkeeper, Peak One Bookkeeping. It is not offered to the public.

What the bot accesses

With our authorization, the bot connects to our own QuickBooks Online company file and reads and writes accounting records such as vendors, customers, bills, invoices, expenses, bank transactions, and receipt attachments. It also works with our internal systems, including our property management system and our Microsoft 365 workspace.

How we use the data

We use this data only to record, categorize, and reconcile our own company's bookkeeping. We do not sell it. We do not use QuickBooks data to train artificial intelligence models. We share data only with service providers needed to run the tool (for example, cloud hosting and the AI model provider that processes requests), and only as needed for that purpose, or when required by law.

Security and storage

Access credentials and authorization tokens are stored securely on systems we control, and access is limited to authorized Luxury Peaks personnel and our bookkeeper. We keep accounting records for as long as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes.

Disconnecting

We can disconnect the bot from QuickBooks at any time, which revokes its access.
