These Terms of Use (End-User License Agreement) govern use of the LP Accounting Bot, an internal bookkeeping tool owned and operated by Luxury Peaks.

License

Luxury Peaks grants its authorized employees, contractors, and its bookkeeper, Peak One Bookkeeping, a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the bot solely for Luxury Peaks' internal bookkeeping. The bot may not be resold, sublicensed, or offered to anyone else.

Use

Users must use the bot only with accounts and data Luxury Peaks is authorized to access, and must review the bot's entries as part of normal bookkeeping. The bot does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice and does not move money.

No warranty

The bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxury Peaks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use.

Termination

Luxury Peaks may suspend or end access to the bot at any time, including by disconnecting it from QuickBooks.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
